韓国の文在寅（ムン・ジェイン）大統領は２０日付の米ワシントン・ポスト紙のインタビューで、旧日本軍慰安婦問題を巡る２０１５年末の日本との合意について、「前政権で行われた日本との慰安婦合意は韓国人、とりわけ被害者に受け入れられていない」と述べた。
また、問題を解決するポイントは「日本政府がその行為について法的な責任を負い、公式に謝罪すること」と話した。ただ、この一つの問題で韓日関係の進展が妨げられてはならないと強調した。
文大統領の発言は慰安婦合意の再交渉に乗り出す考えを示す一方、同問題とは別に冷え込んだ韓日関係の改善を図る姿勢を示したものと受け止められる。
大統領就任後、「法的責任」と「公式謝罪」を条件に掲げながら“再交渉”の意思を示すのは始めてかな。

大統領就任後、「法的責任」と「公式謝罪」を条件に掲げながら“再交渉”の意思を示すのは始めてかな。
「法的責任」は日韓両国にある。
日本政府は「法的責任を既に履行した」が、大韓民国政府は未だ「法的責任を未だ履行していない」
法的責任＝日韓合意 だ。
南朝鮮は法的責任をさっさと果たせ。
